The ideal candidate will have some experience background in brand strategy, art direction, typography, or creative ideation. This role will mainly focus on design work for Vanity Fair’s print edition. This role will report to the Creative Director and is based in New York City.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Work with the Creative Director, art team, and editorial team to support and execute the design and strategy for Vanity Fair.

  • Design layouts and designs for Vanity Fair, specifically for the front of book and Vanities sections, as well as one feature per issue.

  • Help coordinate the commissioning of original creative artwork (including illustrations, infographics, icons, and animations) where needed.

  • Maintain collaboration with design, sales, editorial, photo, web, social, fashion and video teams to ensure the highest level of visual execution across all platforms.

This position serves the design and production needs of the University Relations and the campus fundraising community. Responsibilities
