RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the creative vision and innovative strategy for planning, production and postproduction for all original content on Homes.com.

  • Develop and evolve the creative road map and priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

  • Recruit, hire and lead a team of world-class creative directors responsible for the creative vision and evolving direction of Homes.com’s neighborhood, park, school, condo, and agent pages.

  • Set a high creative bar and execute work that delivers against those objectives. Translate business objectives into creative strategies that inform content production.

  • Create brand standards, training, and quality assurance of visual media.

  • Drive the achievement of creative goals and strategic solutions to meet brand, marketing and sales objectives, working closely with partners and your team

  • Foster ongoing improvements to creative processes and methodologies

  • Aid in the development and evolution of CoStar’s enterprise software for content production. Analyze, refine, and develop processes that achieve improved visuals across CoStar’s family of brands.

  • Work closely with the SEO team to deliver content that drives traffic. Continuously revise and improve content based on consumer engagement.

  • Manage cross-functional collaboration linking production to marketing, legal, product, sales and development teams.

  • Foster a collaborative culture to achieve a better creative and business result

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 15+ years of creative management experience across a combination of media, agency and in-house environments

  • Extensive experience working with writers, photographers, video editors and other creatives

  • Must be a clear strategic thinker and creative problem solver

Job Description: Science’s Visual Department is seeking a Senior Designer to join its award-winning team.

The Senior Designer position exists to create layouts for and maintain the visual aesthetic of Science magazine. They work as a project manager to coordinate all the visual assets in print and online.
