/Job Description:
Role Overview: This role sits on a team singularly focused on driving acquisition on WW.com and within the WW app, helping consumers envision how WW will help them achieve their weight-loss and wellness goals. You will use your talents to continuously evolve and elevate the pre-paywall site and app through strategic story-telling, data-driven experimentation, and pushing-the-boundaries ideation.

You are tuned in to the latest and greatest digital tech, creative, and ecommerce trends; screenshotting inspirational marketing from your favorite brands is second nature, and you are always on the most recent software update. You use your phone to buy everything, send messages through multiple apps, create Reels, connect to your smart home, and pay bills. You are ok with being outside of your comfort zone at times; we test a lot and we test often so we are committed to exploring while still being true to our branding. You take pride in your work and can adapt. You believe that one size does not fit all and that personalization is critical to the consumer journey; you are passionate about putting the consumer first.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage as a critical part of a team tasked with driving growth and signups through innovative thinking, fast testing and learning, and hands-on execution. Always brainstorming. Always trying new things.
Take the initiative and think ahead, simultaneously designing for both the now (iterative and impactful optimizations to what is currently performing best) and for the future (bigger swings to align with global campaigns and product launches).
Bring briefs and your designs to life by building them within our CMS and page builders (no coding required). And by collaborating with key cross-functional players from marketing, content, product, engineering, and pricing and promotions.
Design to drive conversions.
Ensure successful launches by managing your deliverables on time and helping to QA.
Tap into your passion for data to understand which levers work and why—and to empower new ideas and decisions.
Be committed to championing global branding guidelines while also pushing the envelope in thoughtful, effective ways.
Job Requirements:
6+ years in graphic and web design for a performance-driven, digital team preferably in subscription marketing, ecommerce, or retail
Excellent web typography skills. Experience in editorial design a plus.
Must have experience with site and landing page design. App/product design is a plus
Excellence in various design software such as Adobe XD or Photoshop, Zeplin, Figma, and Sketch
Experience with multiple CMS
Ability to thrive in and passion for a fast-paced, always-pivoting environment
Maniacal attention to detail, strong organization skills, and creative problem solving
Understanding of basic coding, HTML, CSS
