Job Description: The New York Post is currently seeking part time photo editors to join our expanding visual team! Continue a long tradition of compelling photojournalism and visual storytelling through the lens of a truly unique brand, bringing vision and creativity as we continue to grow across all platforms.

Job Requirements:
What you’ll need:
-Minimum three years of experience with a multi-platform media brand
-Must have excellent news judgment with knowledge of entertainment, news and sports
-Possess a keen eye for engaging content and understand the global photo marketplace
-Extensive experience working with picture agencies and photographers
-Proven research skills, including news gathering and social media tools
-Strong image editing skills: selection, optimization, cropping, silo-ing, image sizing, batch processing and color correction
-Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required; familiarity with WordPress a plus
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Pro-active, an excellent communicator and team player. Positive attitude is a must
-Flexibility regarding shifts. Must be able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
-Passion for visual storytelling and The New York Post!
