Dear SPD Members, Medal Finalists, & Friends:
With growing health concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic (Coronavirus), we have decided to hold our Awards Gala online instead of the in-person celebration. The Gala is the highlight of the year for our community and we will do our best to make the virtual awards presentation a special experience. As we shift our strategy in this new direction (The Next Space), the following aspects of the Gala will continue:
SPD 55 Medal Finalists will receive the Gala Printed Program by mail. This keepsake booklet is sponsored by our friends at Hemlock Printers and designed by the excellent team at Metaleap Creative.
There will be a presentation of the finalists that announce the Silver and Gold Medal winners for each category. Please see our press release for more information on the nominees - https://www.spd.org/spd-55-medal-finalists
The winners will receive their Gold and Silver Medals by mail.
More details will follow in the upcoming weeks. Congratulations to our Medal Finalists and Merit Winners.
