Digital Design Director (TIME)

Victor (he/him) is currently TIME’s Digital Design Director and is responsible for leading editorial design on all of TIME’s electronic platforms: desktop, mobile and social.

In more than a decade at TIME, Victor has designed hundreds of covers, a process that is deeply collaborative and involves input from writers, editors and contributing artists.

Timothy Bardlavens

Director of Product Equity (Adobe, Inc.)

Timothy Bardlavens (he/him) is a Product Executive, a Cultural Strategist, Diversity, Equity & Justice expert, a Co-Founder, a Writer, and International Speaker & Facilitator. Currently Director of Product Equity at Adobe, Timothy leads a cross-disciplinary team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Experience Researchers focused on all aspects of product development and implementation, ensuring Adobe’s products are more equitable, inclusive, representative, and usable for the broadest possible swath of humanity.

Lam Thuy Vo

Reporter (The Markup) and associate professor
(The Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism)

Lam Thuy Vo (she/her) is a reporter and data journalist who has covered the spread of misinformation, hatred online, and platforms-related accountability. She is currently a reporter with The Markup and will be an associate professor of data journalism at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism in the fall of 2023.

Tomer Hanuka

Illustrator

Tomer Hanuka (he/him) has illustrated covers for The New Yorker and National Geographic. His work has been exhibited at the British Design Museum and won multiple industry awards, including Gold medals from The Society of Illustrators and The Society of Publication Designers. The Divine, a graphic novel he co-created was published in 2015, made The New York Times best-seller list, was nominated for a Hugo, and won the International Manga Award. Most recently he worked in visual development with Netflix and Sony, for live-action and animated projects. Lastly, he is working with a tech start-up, building an ethical AI model.
