Art Director - Marketing, WW - Weight Watchers
Job Description:
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Art Director supports the Senior Art Directors and Design Director in developing strategic marketing campaign concepts to provide creative solutions that meet business objectives. In this role, you will lead multiple projects and manage/motivate and mentor a team of 2-3 designers and partner closely with Content/Marketing/Ecomm teams to develop and deliver creative for robust 360 member experience.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Deep understanding of digital design (landing pages/emails/social etc.)
Team management experience
Be tech savvy. Understand templates/components/various CMS platforms abilities and limitations
Solid knowledge of Adobe CC, CMS/Drupal/Broadleaf
Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
Strong relationship-building skills; ability to collaborate and work with a variety of people in various disciplines
Understand and appreciate the importance of strategy, and ensure that all ideas are on brief
Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines
Handle all facets of production and post-production with minimal supervision
Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and integrated cross-platform campaigns

Job Requirements:
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
BA or BFA preferred in Design/UX/UI.
8+ years experience working at an agency, in-house, or production company
A portfolio showcasing renowned campaigns across platforms
Solid Adobe CC experience, CMS/Drupal/Broadleaf
You know the best practices for digital channel formats and stay current with ever evolving social platforms and how people engage with them
Excellent presentation and writing skills
Positivity, resilience and determination
